JZ insist on strict quality standards of ISO9001 for our manufacturing, starting from raw material purchasing and manufacturing processing to finished product inspection.
Well-conceived mechanism, equipment & moulds, fixtures & gauges, rigid control of tolerances, specialized team, continuous improvements, all these firm our guarantee of quality.
JZ insists on controlling and assuring up-to-standard quality of each component, and regularly sampling batches for testing. Once any defect is found, the cause is immediately to be traced and measures are to be taken to eliminate the defect.
JZ makes all-round pre-shipment inspection according to SGS sampling plan, to make sure full aspects including dimension, finishing, function, accessories and package conform to requirements and friendly to users.
